The Yoga Routine builds functional strength, functional flexibility, and functional mobility. The “Breathing Routine” teaches infielders how to relax, slow down, be present, and release weight and tension. The Jump Rope Routine is an athletic warmup that stimulates blood flow, priming the body for a session of infield yoga. Infield Yoga is a 5-part process.
